Taking expert Occupational Health advice can be invaluable when you have to make employment decisions regarding an employee who has attendance or performance concerns or in situations where there is a worry that work may affect the employee’s health.
We offer impartial medical assessments and advice on medical fitness for work, including detailed advice regarding adjustments on health grounds, if applicable.
What you can expect from us:
● We take on board your and your employee’s concerns regarding their health and work and designed a guided referral form to maximise the usefulness of the appointment and the advice for all parties.
● We offer a confidential consultation for your employee to discuss their health with us in the context of their work. Please allow up-to 45-60 minute time off for your employee to attend the appointment (excluding travel time if needed).
● A detailed report is provided once we obtain your employee’s consent. This usually provides brief medical information to enable you to get a better understanding of the background, clearly outlines the occupational implications and is followed by a detailed Occupational Rehabilitation Plan if applicable.
● A complimentary optional 15 minute call is included for the referring manager after the report has been received, if any clarifications are required.
